ACCL boasts a membership of close to 50 dynamic and influential women leaders in the Bay Area. Through volunteer and in-kind services, as well as financial contributions, ACCL supports local social services and community organizations that serve primarily low-income, inner-city youth and their families. Some of our most recent beneficiaries include Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School, St. Leo’s School, and the East Oakland Youth Development Center (EOYDC). With the help of supporters like you, we can accomplish an even greater reach into our communities that are most in need.
The Links Incorporated, founded in 1946, is one of the oldest and largest volunteer service organizations of women committed to enriching, sustaining, and ensuring the culture, and economic survival of African Americans and other persons of African ancestry. Our membership is a National and Global sisterhood that delivers transformational programming to serve the community through five focus areas: Services to Youth, Health and Human Services, National Trends and Services, International Trends and Services, and the Arts.
